I am having an issue with the ArtOfTest.Runner.exe when a test is run, and succeeds or fails, occasionaly (maybe 2/5 times) the runner will just hang infinitely after the results have been generated. How can we ensure that the runner.exe closes after its finished everytime?

This thread is a duplicate from your ticket 567329 which you closed but it seems you are still experiencing this issue. Here is my last reply to the ticket in question which is still applicable:
"I am sorry to hear you are experiencing such an issue, however you will need to provide us with more details and step by step instructions on how to reproduce it, so we can investigate further. Are you executing your test from command line or you are using test list? Are you executing this locally or from a network share? Is the issue 100% reproducible? Please also clarify this statement: "I've noticed this only happens the first time the runner is executed."
It will be helpful if you record a short clip demonstrating this behavior, Jing is a very useful screencast software you might use.
Another solution might be if you upgrade your Test Studio and give it a try. Yesterday we have released the official version of our Service pack 2 release."
