Hello Mike,
Test Studio does not have any out of the box, built in integration with Assembla. What sort of integration are you looking for? Test Studio is compatible with third party file based source control clients.

Was looking for integration as it relates to tests and test results. Such that you could post those to assembla tickets, then developers/business analysts/project managers/etc could click on links to see the tests and test results. Would be extremely beneficial and save time given continuous development/agile cycles.

If you have some programming skill you could write your own Test Studio bug tracking plug-in to work with Assembly. Looks like you'll need to use their API reference here.
