I am receiving the following error when I press Create Database.
Any thoughts?

Hello Eugene,
Unfortunately, I can't offer much more guidance other than what's already in the error message.
As indicated by the error message - the Scheduling configuration app cannot make the SQL server create the intended database. It seems the account you're using doesn't have the necessary permissions.
Your system admins might assist you with this.
I can see that you've checked "Integrated Security" to true. That just means you'll be using your account to access the SQL Server. You might need to use a different account instead - one that has permissions.
I've found that Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express is a great, free product that will help you manage your SQL servers/databases. I recommend that you install it and use it to determine whether everything is in order.
I hope this information is useful. Let me know how it goes. Also, I can see that you trial period is about over. In light of the tech problems you're experiencing - a trial extensions sounds in order. Let me know whether you think you need it and I will bring it up with our Sales department.
