cannot run Report Server

I'm a very new person at web development and need a help.

Hi JeongUn,

I noticed that we have already replied to the same question you opened in a Support ticket. For the benefit of our community, I will copy the reply also here:

Usually, such issues occur when the Report Server is being upgraded, because some CSS styles and resources can remain cached by the browser and the upgraded version may fail to resolve them.

In this case, I recommend deleting the browser cache and trying again.

Another option to avoid caching Report Server resources is to open the server's home page in an incognito window or in another browser.

With that being said, if this is a fresh installation and not an upgrade, I would recommend to try installing the Report Server again and see if the issue still persists.

If the problem remains after a new install, please try recording a Fiddler Jam session and send me a link to it.
