Hello

I'm trying to capture the server calls from my client which is running test studio to my web server which is running the Telerik Scheduling Service and the Telerik Storage Service.

When I run the studio locally on the server I can see that everything is captured but from the moment that I use test studio on my client machine, I don't get anything. The remote server was added on my client so I should expect to see captures from my client to my server.

Do I need to do some additional configuration?

Sincerely

Matthias

Hello Matthias,

By capturing server calls I guess you mean that you are not able to record traffic on the machine in question. Is the machine a part of the same network than the one you don't have problems with? If yes, we need to look for some specific configurations such as firewalls and antivirus programs. Please make sure all of them are disabled and you are not using any custom proxy.

Please also note that if you are recording against http://localhost it is very likely to get this behavior.

Looking forward to hearing from you with more details.
