Hi Art,
If the plug-ins are not installed with the installation / upgrade of the product you can install them manually. The extensions are provided with the installation.
To do that navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Test Studio\Browser Extensions\Firefox4+" and drag telerik_test_studio_automation-2016.x.xxx.x-fx-windows.xpi to a Firefox window.
Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Test Studio\Bin\TestRecorderBrowserExtensions\Firefox" and drop telerik_test_studio_recorder-2016.x.xxx.x-fx-windows.xpi to a Firefox window.
Make sure that they are enabled at the end.
Here you can find more info about the extension troubleshooting.
The version we have is telerik_test_studio_automation-2015.2.918.0-fx-windows.
Is there a way to download the newer version, without upgrading for right now. We have too many test cases to upgrade and test right now.

Hello Art,
Basically, after the upgrade your project is backuped in a \backup folder inside the project. You may always switch to the previous version even if you didn't make a copy.
The latest Firefox extensions are provided with the latest version of the product though. You may download only the Firefox extensions from this link and try to use them with your older version of Test Studio. We can give no guarantee that it will work correctly this way. It is highly recommended to upgrade the product as well.
