Hello Premkumar,
There is no checkbox support in the group rows of RadGridView. To achieve this, you can add checkbox elements via the GroupHeaderTemplate property and then implement custom logic. I have attached a sample project showing one way to approach this. However, keep in mind that this is not a finished solution and it may need some adjustments to adapt it to your scenaior.
