Hello Habiba,
The easiest way to do that would be to follow up on that ticket from your Telerik account. To do this, you will need to log in and then, from the Support drop-down, select View Support Tickets. This will open a list with all the support tickets you have submitted, from where you should be able to post a reply to whoever you want. You can either select already closed tickets as replying in them will directly reopen those.
Additionally, here is a blog post how to submit a support ticket in your Telerik account. Hope this helps.

Hi Aisha,
The already posted reply cannot be edited on your end. In case you have missed to add any information, you can post an additional reply.
If there is any confidential information you have posted in public forum by mistake and would like to remove, please share the forum thread in question and which piece of the communication should not be public. Then we, the Support Engineers, can proceed removing any posts or converting the whole thread to be private.
I hope that answers your query. Though, in case you need additional assistance, please let me know.

Hi Habiba,
This particular forum post can be converted to a private thread if this is necessary due to any concerns you might have. If the question is related to any other forum communication, it can also be turned to a private one if no one else has still posted in it.
If this information is still not sufficient, please elaborate more on your needs and concerns, so that I could find the most proper solution for the case.
Thanks.
