how to test ajax input text box

Hi,

I want to test to input in a  text box which has search function, (I am using ajax). But when I run what I record it cannot fully type what I input. I already set ajax time out to 2000 in input step. Attachment is screen shoot of the input text box.

Is there any solution from telerik?
