Ightweight results viewer

Hello David,
our next SP release for Test Studio will include a brand new feature that will allow you to customize the content of your email results. This will include the ability to have the results in HTML/Excel format so that your recipients won't need to have Test Studio/Runtime edition installed. The release in question should be made available in the next few days.

Upgrade to this version once it's release and checkout whether the new feature will do the trick for you. Let us know if you still require out assistance after that.

Hello David,
I need to add a small note here: there's no HTML format for your results right now. We will add this in the future. Right now it's just Excel/Word/Aiiresult files. This should still be more than enough when you consider that  only the Aiiresult files will require a Test Studio/Runtime edition license.

I assume you are referring to the original request in this thread. There is no such ability built-in Test Studio yet. You can follow this item on the feedback portal.

Since the dates in this post are rather old, I'd like to check - is it possible to provide a standalone Results Viewer to a manager so that he/she can examine the aiiresults file?  Our development managers do not have TestStudio installed.  The Excel and Word results file options are not detailed enough for our purposes.  

Any info will be appreciated.  Thanks!

Unfortunately in order to be able to see the results you should have at least RunTime installed on the machine.
