PS : When I try to connect, I get a 401 error. We never tried to connect to Jira, so maybe there is a problem.
I'm using this addres : https://*******.atlassian.net/
than my log in and password (Checked 3 times)
We have never touched Jira Cloud before, only Jira Server. We honestly have no idea what it will take to add support for Jira Cloud. I have created a feature request on this here. We will start investigating what it will take to add support for this. If it turns out to be easy, we may be able to add support for it quickly. Otherwise it's going to take us a while before we can implement support for Jira Cloud. Please follow the feature request item to get updates as we make progress on this.

I just finished verifying that Test Studio works perfectly with Jira Cloud as is out of the box. Make sure of the following:
- You are using the correct URL to connect to your Jira Cloud account similar to what's shown in the first attached screen shot.
- Make sure you are entering the same username and password as you would use to log in to your Jira Cloud account as shown in the second attached screen shot.
- Make sure that Bug is added as an available issue type in your Jira Cloud administration panel as shown in the third attached screen shot.
I hope this helps.

Hi Cody,
thank you very much for your reply, what I found out, is, I could log in when I had more rights in Jira. As we found out, ,,admin´´ could log in with no problems.
Now It´s working with no problems.
Again, thank you very much

Excellent! Thank you for the update.

Hi ,
I have ran into the same issue of not being able to connect to Jira cloud.
The url, user id and password everything seems to be correct but I get this error saying 'The remote server returned an error : (401) Unauthorised'
Another point that I would like to mention is that , we at our company use 2 factor authentication to login to Jira. Could that be the reason why I cannot connect to jira from telerik's test studio ?
Also is there any purchase/cost required to be able to integrate with Jira?
Best Regards,

I am sorry to hear you have encountered troubles with Jira integration and will be happy to assist you on that.
Basically the steps to follow in order to connect to Jira cloud are listed here. However, the important note here is that you use 2 factor authentication and thus using a password only to login to Jira will not be an option anymore - here you can find additional notes on the case provided by Atlassian.
Having that in mind, you will need to create an API token for your Jira account and use that token instead of password in Test Studio to connect to the Jira cloud.
Please, give this a try and let me know in case you have any further troubles.
Thanks for your cooperation in advance.
P.S. Our help documentation will be as well updated at the earliest.
