I am sorry to know you experience any issues and will be happy to assist further.
Along with this forum post, you submitted also two support threads with different questions. All these are related to the recording process for that automated application and as I responed in the ticket #1597897 (which you can see in your Telerik account here) we need to test the application in our development environment - this is the only way to explore the what happens when tryng to record and debug the misbhevior.
Can you, please, explore the options to share the application under test with us?
As this is a public thread, we can continue the conversation in any of the private threads submitted from your account.
In case the tested application is a WPF one, please, use the WPF type of test. If you continue experience the same misbehavior, please, consider sharing the tested application or prepare a sample app built the same way and provide it for debugging.

Thanks for the update.
We are performing test on window application built on C sharp. There is glitch while recording and left menu options not visible.

What type of test in Test Studio do you use? Is this a WPF or a desktop type of test?
