Hi Team,

When I run the Load Test I could see hundreds of links under URI and my results gets more complicated. Is there a way to get only the major portion of it? Is there any filter applicable? Also could you please let us know what all things matter the most in that URI?

Thanks
Gokhul

Hello Gokhul,

The first thing to check is that you're not load testing servers that you should not be hitting. Use our filtering to turn off accessing servers other than your main server as shown in the attached screen shot.

Beyond that, because every application is custom made, it's impossible for us to advise you on what matters in the URI for your application. Only your web developer can advise you on that.

Hi Cody,

Thanks for the reply. I tried selecting one main server alone and the result obtained was much better than the previous ones.

One more doubt is that I'm getting the load test results twice. One under the machine name as 'Overall Test' and other one under my system name. Is this a duplicate one? I could see 2 set of tesults listed one after the other. This is confusing for filtering and fetching the results. Please suggest.

Thanks
Gokhul

Hi Gokhul,

The "duplicate" results may seem confusing until you get used to it. We do this deliberately so we correctly handle the case where more than one execution server is generating the load against your web server. Let's assume you use three machines to generate the load. Then you will have separate results for machine A and machine B and machine C plus the overall results for all three machines combined. I hope that clarifies the way the results are intended to be viewed.
