Darren,
Telerik have observed a possible memory leak related to overly-larger tests (say over 100 steps):
http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/test-studio/7562
They have engineers are currently looking into this issue.
I have seen this issue with less than 100 steps, if you look at another post that I use data driven logins. I do believe the memory is nor released after I'm done with the test.
I hope that helps,
John Nicoulakos

Hello Darren and John,
the bug you're referring to:
http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/test-studio/7562
should be resolved with the new R2 release (2011.2.928). We couldn't verify this conclusively because the test we were using to get a repro of the issue became invalid shortly after introducing the fix.
@John: please download the new release and check whether you're still hitting the issue. If you are then please provide a valid test which we can run in order to get a repro and continue working on this.
@Darren: if you're already using the new release and you're hitting the issue then this might be a different issue. Is your test data-driven? Please provide a test that we can use in order to reproduce this locally.
All the best,
Stoich

Hi Madhu,
please go ahead and send us your Test Project. Also point out the necessary to reproduce this (which test to run, how many times etc).
You can open a support ticket on this and attach it there - support tickets are confidential (unlike this public forum).

So do we have a resolution for this ticket? I am seeing this error during execution and editing large scripts. Happens all the time and it is rather frustrating.
