Hello,

I have a Telerik Test Studio on machine A and Telerik Runtime  on machine B.
I have configured several scheduled TestLists to run in the Runtime.

Now I have to put then on pause or disable it for some reason. Is there any way to put them on pause or disabled them.
I don't want to Stop or Cancel them. I just need to put them on hold.
I don't want to Cancel them as The I will have to configure it again an this will imply investing time.

Best Regards,

Hello,

Thank you for the details.

Please note that you could cancel or re-schedule the jobs in Test Studio.

If you would like to only pause the execution for some time you could stop the Telerik scheduling service from the Windows Services. Though you should keep in mind that once the service is up and running again the queued jobs will be executed.

In some occasions this could lead to collapse of the setup and you would need to restart it all over again.

I hope this will be useful to you. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Hi,

I don't want to cancel o re-schedule. I just want to put some specific tests on hold. If I cancel them I loose al the information within the scheduled tests such as email addresses, time, recurring pattern , machine, etc.
On the other hand, I need the Telerik Scheduling Service running as I have a  several other test list that I want to have scheduled and running on the same machine acting as Runtime.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Along with the latest shared details I fully understand your request. And I am sorry to admit we do not have such a feature to put a scheduled run on hold. Therefore I submitted a feature request on your behalf in our public feedback portal. Please find the entry here and feel free to add any comments if necessary, vote for it to raise its customer importance and, of course, follow its progress.

Please let me know if there is anything else I could be helpful with. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Regards,
