I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. It is not normal and I really can't explain why. What does your Delails view look like? Can you send me screen shots of both the Overview view and the Details view?
One theory we'll need to investigate is that our HTTP proxy that is used to measure performance is not able to intercept and monitor the HTTP traffic for some unknown reason. We recently had a customer have a problem with Load testing. We determined that the firewall built into his Trend Micro Anti-virus was silently blocking our HTTP proxy.

I apologize for the delay getting back to you. Thank you for the screen shots. As I feared the Details view is empty. This indicates that something on your machine is interfering with us intercepting and gathering the HTTP traffic on the wire. Can you ask your IT people for assistance? Try disabling any firewall and/or Antivirus temporarily to see whether or not that is causing the problem. Once we identify which piece of software on your machine is interfering we can work on a permanent solution.
Look forward to hearing back from you!

Agreed, it doesn't make any sense why one script would give you results and not the other. I would expect that you would always get server time or not at all no matter what test you run. If you compare the two tests, can you spot any significant difference? For example:
- Are they both navigating to the same starting URL?
- Are they both using HTTP or HTTPS or is this different?
- Can you spot any other significant difference between the two?
Would you mind sending me a copy of the two tests? I need these files placed into a .zip file and then attached: .tstest, .resx, if present .cs/.vb. Or you could place the entire test project folder into a .zip file and attach that, then point out which test gives good results and which one doesn't.
If this information is sensitive/confidential you can create a support ticket and attached the files to that. Unlike public forum posts only you and Test Studio technical support as access to your support tickets.

Hi!
Just installed trial version to try performance and load tests and faced this issue.
0,000 sec for server time and 0 bytes for size column.
Tried turn off firewall - doesn't help.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!
Using 2017.3.1206.0 version
Thank you for reaching us out.
Could you please elaborate more on the reported misbehavior - which is the application under test. Would be possible for me to access it?
When you have performed the performance test did you observe the execution? Was the replay as expected from the web test?
Could you please generate the application log while executing the performance and then load test and then send these for investigation? Please clear the log prior that to ensue only relative to the current issue records will be stored within the file.
If it would be possible to send a sample project with the tests in question it would be even easier to investigate.
Thank you in advance!

Hi Elena!
Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately you can not have an access to my web app under the test, but I've created a sample project (just a couple of steps with a web search site) so I can provide you with all necessary logs.
Thanks again.
Thank you for the additional details.
Could you please let me know more details about the machine you are using to run Test Studio on - is it a physical or a virtual one? What its specifications are?
Next thing to double check would be whether there is an antivirus software active? Please disable it and then try again.
If you have any proxy active please disable that as well and then execute the performance test.
If any of the above is applicable and you still see the same misbehavior please generate the log file again and provide for further inspection.
Thanks!
Regards,
Elena Tsvetkova
