I installed Team Studio yesterday and was able, then, to record tests in Chrome. Now, every time I click on the icon to start recording a test, it takes me into Internet Explorer, even though this is not my default browser - as it evident from the fact that the first message that comes up, when launching the recorder, is the one asking if I want to make IE my default browser.
I want to be able to record tests in Chrome, as the interface seemed more intuitive, but have not, yet, been able to identify a way of configuring Team Studio to make it use Chrome for recording.
Any help would be gratefully received.

You should choose explicitly in which browser you want record under the test menu (see the attached screen shot).
Hope this helps.

Please see the attached screenshot - as I hope it shows, I did explicitly select Google on the Test page.
I then clicked on the Record option on the menu bar, and IE launched immediately, as is shown in the attachment.
I then selected the "No" option, on the box asking if I wanted to make IE my default browser, and the Test Studio Browser opened in IE.
Do you have any idea why this might be happening?
Thanks
Nick
We have never seen such behavior before.
1. If you haven't done so already, please calibrate your browser as seen in this article.
2. Please send us the application log when this problem happens. Clear it first and then reproduce the issue.
3. Please confirm you have installed Test Studio Chrome extension.. You can find the extension by entering chrome://extensions and press Enter.
4. Try to reinstall Chrome/Test Studio. Try it another machine.
Please try out these options and let me know the results.

I have calibrated the browsers and it has not made any difference.
I have installed the Test Studio Chrome extensions - please see the attachment
I have tried to enable the logs but nothing seems to happen. The button becomes highlighted when I click on it but it does not change, as I would expect it to, to say "Disable" and nothing gets added to the log when I then open a Recording browser.
I am not sure what you mean by "Try to reinstall Chrome/Test Studio. Do you mean uninstall Test Studio on my local machine and then reinstall it from Chrome?
Nick
"Enable" button should be just highlighted (see the attached screen shot).
By "try to reinstall Chrome/Test Studio" I meant to completely unistall Test Studio and Chrome and then install first Chrome and then Test Studio.
Let me know the results.
