Hi Meshack,
I am sorry to know you experience any issues with Test Studio Scheduling Configuration and will assist with sorting these out.
Can you try starting Telerik.TestStudio.Scheduling.Setup.exe with administrator rights explicitly? You can right click on the shortcut and choose the option to Run as Administrator. Due to the specific tasks which the Scheduling Configuration has to perform it is required that it is started with administrator privileges.
Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I did Run as Administrator and now this is what I get...
and I am connected...

Hello Meshack,
I am glad to hear that you have successfully resolved the problem with starting the Test Studio Scheduling Configuration.
After you have configured the database, Storage Service and Scheduling Service as described in this article, all you have to do is configure a machine to act as an Execution Server.
In case the Scheduling Server and the Execution Server are located on the same machine you can just start the Execution Server and it will work with its default settings.
Once the Execution Server is up and running and is connected to the same Scheduling Server as you project in Test Studio, it will appear in the list of remote computers where you can run your test lists.
