If you are asking for quick execution, you can use Annotations when executing the test. You can specify the timeout in order to speed up the test execution or slow it down. Refer to Annotations screenshot.
If you are executing your tests in a test list, you can set the ExecutionDelay setting in order to slow down the execution. The default value is 0. Refer to the ExecutionDelay screenshot.
