Hello Prasad,

When a test fails, you can utilize the failure log and the DOM on Failure to determine why the test failed. For a closer inspection, you can run the test step by step using the Visual Debugger. This will give you a better idea of the state of the application at the time of test failure.

Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Kind regards,

Hello Prasad,

In order to help with your issue, we need more information about your test scenario. Please provide us with a copy of your test and access to your application. Also, please provide your failure log and a copy of the DOM on failure. You can export these to file from the failure tab for your test. If your execution browser does not launch or cannot connect, please attach a clean copy of the application log for this behavior. If it is not possible to grant us access to your application, please take a Fiddler trace and attach it to a support ticket in a zip file. If you are unfamiliar with how to do that please refer to this short video. You can download the Fiddler application from here. A Jing video demonstrating the issue may also help us to better understand what is happening. For further guidance on best practices for submitting a support ticket, please see our knowledge base article. Thanks for providing us the information we need to assist you further.

Kind regards,
Byron
