Hi,
I'm running a list which contains test cases. However when testing is finished no results are visible either in the Test Studio nor are they stored on the hard drive. This is happening since two days ago. We use version TS 2015.3.1314.0. Restarting the computer, ending all Telerik processes and restarting them didn't solve the problem. No update of TS software was done. How can we solve this? When tests of the list are running, no errors show up.

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support Team.
I am sorry to hear you are facing such inconsistent behavior. I would be glad to assist you figure that out and for that purpose I will need some further details.
Please let me know your input on the topics below:
- Do you execute the test lists remotely?
- Were the tests actually executed? Could this be confirmed?
- Please collect your application log during a test list execution that does not publish results.
If you think there is anything worth to say on the experienced issue in addition you are more than welcome. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Elena,
We run our test lists directly on a virtual desktop manually and test are actually executed as I am overviewing them when they are running. What I have noticed is that "Results" folder in the project is set to "Read only". This is not caused by us or any other software as we have this virtual desktop dedicated only to Telerik Test Studio. Once I remove "Read only "permission, the results are stored correctly and visible in the Test Studio. But as soon as run the test lists again it randomly changes the permission back to "Read only".
I have also already enabled application log, but when trying to view it, it results in Not responding, even if I try to restart Telerik Test Studio.
Any ideas what to do? Installing newer version is not an option as our licence expired. But still need this to work as it was couple of days ago.
Thanks for the reply and best regards, Jurij
Thanks for the details. The fact that the Results folder is set to Read-only mode is quite weird and unusual. Is your project connected to any source control tool? This seems like a possible reason for the change of the folder permissions. Although by default the Results folder is not included in the files to be checked in. If it is part of the checked in files, please exclude it.
Please let me know your input on the above topic and we will continue the investigation. Thank you for the cooperation. Hope to hear from you soon.
