This is driving me crazy, I've deleted all test results, and test lists... re-created them several times,... tried renaming them... and yet whenever I schedule a test to run, it fails every time... it doesn't even make it to first step.... not sure what's going on... see screen shot... this is what I am getting...

Hi Scott,
that screenshot does not provide much info, unfortunately. Please send us the log from the run (screenshot 1). Also, please check out the following FAQ if you haven't done so already:
http://www.telerik.com/automated-testing-tools/support/documentation/user-guide/knowledge-base/scheduling/resolve-common-scheduling-issues.aspx
Specifically, please provide the Scheduling log as seen in the article.
Kind regards,

Ok, I think I found the problem... at one point my project was named "WTD Reporting - Code", but was renamed to "WTD Reporting"... however for some reason it wasn't updated under the hood somewhere...
I've deleted and recreated the test list and schedule many times... but it doesn't seem to have an effect... see screenshots....

Hello Scott,
please check whether the paths you're using for your Project Source Location (screenshot 1) and your Work Folder (screenshot 2) are correct. Make sure you're NOT using the same folder for both.

I got past this problem... was able to re-select the folder it was pointing to.... Now the tests start... however... they don't always succeed... even though when run manually they work fine...
I also am having problems getting email to send out notifications...

Hi Scott,
Please provide more details about the failures. When your test list fail export the test results to a .zip file (see screenshot) and send it to us for analysis. With this information we might be able to diagnose it and give you instructions how to overcome the failure.
For the second issue, it's hard to say why you're not receiving any emails. Are your SMTP settings correct? Keep in mind that you need an email account that has the necessary rights to communicate directly with the SMTP server. If the specified account does not have the necessary rights to access the SMTP directly or if the SMTP server is limited by a specific security policy we might have a problem that Test Studio cannot get around. This might be something to discuss with your System Administrators. See this article for an alternative to using your company's SMTP server.
