Hello Mariko,
It's not possible to add a Plug-In to Test Studio, but you can come very close by creating your own dll in Visual Studio. Once created you can add it as a referenced dll to your Test Studio project, as documented here. Your coded steps can then use the methods contained in your referenced dll.
