How do I fix it?

The only unusual thing I did was re-boot my testing server (desktop pc)

So I'm trying out Test Studio and it's very nice.

Super easy to create web tests for my Blazor application and apply various checks/validations etc.

But when I checked out the load testing it seems like it is an HTTP load testing tool similar to JMeter where it only makes HTTP calls to the application.  I created the profile from my web test which appears to have captured all HTTP traffic.

But Blazor is using SignalR so I'm wondering if I can truly load test my Blazor application using Test Studio?

Hi 

I am trying to make a simple website login test. Everything works fine, but when I am trying to untick SimulateRealTyping it's entering login so quick it disappears and selects 'log in' button straightaway so I am ending up with blank 'login' slot and full 'password' slot on the website?

I had installed previous version of test studio and then updated to its latest version 2022.3.1013.2 but after updating to its latest version when i am trying to add Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll through script tab of settings dialog in test studio, it's not reflecting/adding in reference.

Please let me know if anyone faced same issue or you know any resolution to fix this issue.

I have a line in my test - "Verify 'TextContent' 'Contains' '#Supp Name' on 'SearchValueTextArea'" that is passed in IE and failed in Chrome.

In Chrome, I entered text "#Supp Name" in the text area and I inspect the element 'SearchValueTextArea' , this is what I see

As you can see, the value "#Supp Name" is not captured.

Whereas the same test in IE, I see below in the F12 Dev Tools

I tried others Attribute verification e.g. OuterMarkup/ Inner Text but it is still not working.

I talked to our developers. He advised that I might be able to get around by doing something like "SearchValueTextArea.value()". May I ask if you have any other solution rather than writing a line of code in my test script?

I am seeing test list that has been changed but not displaying the changes in the UI. So I created a test list and a coworker updated the list and I'm not seeing the updated list in Telerik. But when I run the test remotely I'm seeing the udpated version of the test. I've tried dropping the test list from the mongo db but that doesn't do anything to the UI in Telerik.

I have setup a test where page elements are data bound and the test is to navigate to each of the 134 pages accessible from the menu bar in our system and verify the page successfully loads by interrogating the page title. I regularly find that 1 iteration fails for transient reasons and it is subsequently successful on a second test.

I have enabled the option to "Rerun Failed Tests" and while this works, it would be ideal if it only reruns the failed iteration rather than the entire list of 134 iterations. Is there a mechanism available to rerun only the failed iteration?

If retesting just the failed iteration is not possible at the test list level, is there a way to setup my test in a for loop with two iterations, only performing the second iteration on failure of the first, and failing the test only if both iterations fail?

Hi Everyone,

My organisation has recently purchased Telerik Test Studio for Automation, Load and Performance testing purposes. I have started to mess around with it, but found that when I try to record via Chrome, the Telerik extension crashes.

My browser is managed by my organisation, so I'm not sure if this is the issue, and I potentially need to get them to add Telerik to a whitelist.

Could anyone advise if they've had the same issue? If not, do you think because of my organisation restricting the browser, this could be the issue?

After successfully executing a Test List, the  results are logged in the calendar on the results tab - but when I click on the Test List name in the calendar, the specific results for each of the ten tests in the list do not show on the Test Results pane on the right side.  Instead, it says 'Fail - 8 tests passed out of 0 executed. The run was interrupted! Error deserializing a run result file '[file name listed]'. Looking at the state of the application I know the test made it to at least the 9th test in the list. I am wondering if this is occurring because the test list is too long? Or if there is any kind of work around for me to see what step the test failed on.  

Can I Test (whith Test Studio) a Oracle Forms Desktop application?
