Hello,

I am currently not able to run test list remotely ( on the same local VM) and also not able to schedule testlist execution on the local machine.

This has worked on the past without any issues. Not seeing any errors on the log and Scheduling Server service is running.

Testlist executes fine when executed as through RunList option.

From Log file

Hello Padmashree,

The Run List button executes the test list locally and outside of the scheduling setup. This explains why this kind of test list execution is working. Now we need to make sure that everything is configure and connected as expected on the scheduling side. My suggestion is to restart the services and to do that, please check the steps below.
1. Stop the Telerik Scheduling Service and Telerik Storage Service from the Windows Services.
2. Configure the scheduling for remote test list execution. This way you will start the necessary services again and make sure that the execution server is connected to the scheduling server.
3. You need to check the execution status and make sure that the necessary services are running and active.

In case the execution server is not connected to the scheduling server, you need to verify that ports 8009, 8492 and 55555 are open on both machines and the communication is successful in both directions.

If you continue to experience any troubles, I would like to review the application logs on the scheduling and execution servers. They should contain valuable information about the issue. Please follow the actions to provide this information.
1. Clear/enable the application log on both servers.
2. Check if the execution server is successfully connected to the scheduling server.
3. Schedule a test list execution and when it is done, please gather the application logs and attach them zipped to your next reply.

I hope that the above details will help you resolve this issue, or provide the necessary details to continue my investigation.
