We are using Telerik test framework for our application to perform Ui test. We would like to automate these tests in our CI Pipline. Currently we use Bamboo for this purpose but want to switch to GitLab. Therefore I wanted to ask if there is also a possibility to make the integartion with Gitlab and if there are possibly plugins available?

I will do my best to share more details from Telerik Testing Framework's perspective, in regards to your scenario.
I am not sure what is you current CI setup and I am not an expert on Bamboo nor GitLab. That said, the tests that you have should be transferrable from one environment to the other and the requirements from our side remain the same.
You need to ensure that the GitLab runner is running as an app (not a service) and that you have an active user session with unlocked desktop on the execution machine. The rest is specific for Bamboo and GitLab, but it is also similar in that you need to trigger the run with CLI or powershell command. We don't have any custom plug-ins for either of those environments.
