Is it possible to test Visual Basic client-based applications with Test Studio?

Hi Jeff,

No I don't think that we can. We only support testing of these types of applications:

- HTML/ASP.NET/ASPX - i.e. anything that sends HTML to a browser
- Silverlight (both in browser and out of browser)
- WPF

Things we cannot record include (but not limited to)
- WinForms
- Native C++
- Flash/Flex
- PDF files loaded in a browser
- XML files loaded in a browser
