Hi,
We have an issue where when you drag an item in internet explore to another area in the same window the window is automatically resizing to a smaller size.
We have set the window to open at 1280x1024 when the test runs and would like it to remain this size for the duration of the test.
Is there a way we could prevent the window from resizing automatically as this is causing our tests to fail as the target area is no longer on screen when the window resizes.
This is using Silverlight.
Thanks in advance for your help
Kev

Hello Kevin,
This seems to be application specific problem since using our Silverlight Drag and Drop control I am not able to reproduce such behavior.
As a workaround could you please try to add a maximize browser step (refer to the screenshot attached) after the drag and drop action, so your test can continue executing.
If you are able to provide us with access to your application so I can reproduce this behavior I will be happy to assist you further.

Hi ,
I am also facing the similar kind of issue when the browser automatically resize during test execution.
I have also used the maximize browser step but it is also not helping to resolve this issue .
Please let me know if there is workaround to handle dynamic resizing of browser window.

Hello Maxim,
We have reproduced this issue and have logged a bug report. The issue is that the drad and drop function uses absolute coordinates and during the recording the recorder is attached to the browser. That is why the browser cannot be maximized.
We are now investigating this issue.
Please follow up the feedback item for additional information.
Thank you!
