Windows Store App Support

Many thanks for your interest in Test Studio.

While we do not currently have support for Metro applications under Windows 8, Test Studio does work great on the Windows 8 OS, including support for IE10.

While we do not have an official timeline for support of Metro applications at this time, I encourage you to check our public roadmap from time to time for updates as they become available!

We were hoping that we would be able to test our windows 10 store app with Test Studio 2016. I see the WPF option but is there support for Windows 10 store apps?

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for your interest in Telerik Test Studio. I have to admit that still the supported technologies are HTML and WPF but Win 10 store apps are using further than these resources and are not supported by our product. 

Though Test Studio Mobile can test native Android and iOS applications along with web apps on mobile devices and this might be of interest for you. I am also happy to announce that with our latest R2 release we presented a beta version of Test Studio for APIs which will  be further developed and improved.
