How to add drop down in Excel while generating from kendo Excel export export view

By the provided information I assume that you want to create a dropdown in Excel when the data is exported, is this correct?
If this is the case, the ExcelExport component outputs the provided data to Excel and the addition of a dropdown in Excel itself is not supported.

Creating a dropdown when exporting is still not supported, as the component is intended to export the provided data, but not create components.
