Bug: workWeekStart and workWeekEnd attribute on WeekView doesn't work

Hello,

The workWeekStart and workWeekEnd are affecting the days of the work week, not the full week. The expected result is:

1) In a WorkWeekView - it will show only the days based on the workWeekStart  and workWeekEnd props.

2) Inside a WeekView, it will change the background color of the none working days (this is currently on a pull request)

The stating day of the week in the WeekView depends on the loaded culture:
