In addition, we have logged a couple of feature requests on your behalf one for the dashed line series and one for the Legends customization. A sample code with the solution for dashed line series is included in the dashed line series feature request.

Are you asking about the GridAnnotation, the Axis lines or the Line series? Could you elaborate on the scenario you desire to achieve so we have a better understandings of your needs. Screenshot or design sample could also be helpful.
For example you can customize the GridAnnotation to be dashes as in the image below:
