Is it possible to put a title on the X and Y axes?
Example:
<telerik:NumericalAxis>
<telerik:NumericAxisX.Title>
<telerik:AxisTitle Text="{Binding AmplitudeUnit}"/>
</telerik:NumericAxisX.Title>
</telerik:NumericalAxis>

We have this as a feature request in our public feedback portal, you can cast your vote, add a comment, and follow the item at the link below:
Chart: Add support for Axis title
For the time being, you can achieve it by manually adding Label controls and adjusting their position to be next the axes.
