Hi Monther,
Currently the DateTimePicker does not provide built-in option for disabling weekends or any specific dates, but you can use combination of custom Calendar for the picker and customize the calendar cells for the weekends:
And for the Calendar, here is an example demonstrating how you can customize cells and disable them:
