Hi,
crash shows in two cases
1. fields From/To is empty and when I click to the up/down arrow I get error
2. when I use other field in FilterView and then I click to Clear all filters I get error

Following the additional information, I have prepared a sample project to test the behavior on my end and I was able to reproduce the crash.
I have logged it in our feedback portal by creating a public thread on your behalf. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.
I have also updated your Telerik points.
Currently, the possible solution that I can suggest is to initialize the empty spin editors ad it is demonstrated in the referred feedback item.
