Floating Action Button for WinForms

Telerik UI for WinForms suite doesn't offer such a FloatingButtonAction. However, after researching in general programming forums, I have found the following thread which seems to be quite useful on this topic:

Following one of the suggested solutions there, I have prepared a sample project for your reference which result is illustrated below:

Note that this is just a sample approach and it may not cover all possible cases. Feel free to modify and extend it in a way which suits your custom requirements best.
