The Gantt does not provide such functionality at the moment, but you can submit a feature request in our Feedback portal about this improvement and we will plan it for implementation based on its popularity. Explaining the exact functionality in more details along with a video/link showing such functionality in other Gantts components will allow the users to understand the scenario better and vote for it, accordingly:
