In regards to your questions:
1) KendoReact does support the usage of typescript, most of our demos in the docs have Typescript examples.
2) Currently the DateTimePicker supports only the Gregorian type of calendar.
3) The Reporting tool can be indeed used to create reports, more information can be found in the following article:

Once the request has gathered a sufficient amount of voices, we can proceed to plan it accordingly based on our tasks.
