Get docs of previews versions

Currently, the documentation is available only for the latest version and for the dev version here:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui-develop/components/

There is a possible way to build it manually for a specific version:

1) Get the source code:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/installation/source-code/

2) Checkout to the desired version.

3) Follow the steps in the source code article on how to build the repository.

4) Execute the command 'gulp docs' in the desired package, and this will load the documentation page with that version.

4.1) Alternatevly, you can check the md files in the docs folder of each package to see the needed information.
