I stared resizing grid from right to left. I can see some extra space on right side of the grid is that the expected behavior or is there any way to overcome that. Please find the screen shot for more details.

Thank you for the example and the screenshot.
This is expected as after the columns are shrunk, the Grid width is larger than the combined width of the columns:
https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/columns/width/#toc-getting-started
"If the sum of all column widths is less than the width of the Grid, the Grid will render a white space for the remaining space after the last column."
