I tested a simple example of the Grid with columnMenus but I was only able to reproduce this issue after zooming in or out the browser:
Is this the case on your side? If not, could you please provide me with a StackBlitz demo and the required steps to reproduce this bug? You can use my test demo as a base:

Indeed the columns are slightly misaligned. It is also present for the Grid examples in the documentation like the overview demo for the Budget, Phone, and Address columns after horizontally scrolling the Grid to the right. In addition, It is also reproducible in the basic getting started demo for the Price column even though the Grid does not have any horizontal scrolling or column menus.
