How to change position to label on bar in orientation horizontal

Let me get straight to the question.

Label customizations in the Chart are done by using Custom Handlers as currently there is no direct method to target the style of the label. In a previous thread I have logged a feature request on your behalf regarding the issue: https://feedback.telerik.com/maui/1578552-chart-series-label-customization 

If you could give me some information regarding the platform you want to change the label position for, I could provide a sample app which demonstrates the use of a custom handler to change the label styles.
