How to change the scroll speed of TimePicker?

I have tested to scroll the time in the TimePicker popup and I was able to observe the fast scroll. Currently, the speed is set internally with a constant, so it will not be possible to change it with a property. One possible workaround with the current implementation would be to change the height of the popup, so it can display more items:
