how to chose webcam from combobox

It seems that you hit an issue with the RadWebCam control in R2 2022. I have logged it in our feedback portal by creating a public thread on your behalf. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

I have also updated your Telerik points.

Currently, due to the specificity of the issue the possible solution that I can suggest is to use the previous R1 2022 SP1 version.

According to the provided screenshots, I suppose that you have 3 camera devices and you are trying to attach each of these devices when selecting an item from the drop down. The following help article demonstrates a sample approach how to specify which device to use, if you have more than one camera devices: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/controls/webcam/connect-to-camera-device
