How to remove the "Total" and "SubTotal" rows and cols in a PivotGrid?

By default, the PivotGrid adds sub-totals and totals rows and cols.

See attached image.

How can we remove them?

I asked this question last week and the answer was "Currently, disabling the aggregation of the PivotGrid component is not supported. If the requirement is to display data without the total columns I can recommend using the Grid instead. ... I consulted with the dev team and we have a PivotGrid feature planned for our January 2023 release, which will enable the developer to hide or show the totals available."
