Hello.
It's a picture that I want to make.
I want the chart to show two values and one should be shown above the chart and the other should be shown below.
I tried using the stack chart, but it didn't work out the way I wanted it to.
Can you make it like a picture using Kendo?

A possible solution would be to use the column chart and render a custom visual that will render the values. Here is an example that showcases this approach:
