Currently, the Telerik MAUI CollectionView does not provide this feature. It is in our plans, as we want to achieve full parity between RadListView and RadCollectionView, so to be easier for the customers to migrate their setup to the new control (RadCollectionView).

I cannot say the exact release date when the feature will be available, it could be included in the next Telerik MAUI release or some of the upcoming releases.
Temporary solution:
You can add labels above and below the control and use these labels as header and footer.

I will wait for the release as I will need the header and footer to scroll along with the collectionview like the default MAUI one does.
