Officially, the latest kendo-themes support only the latest vesion of the KendoReact packages as each version is matched with the layout of the components prior to their release. Unfortunately, we do not have a table showing the compatibility of the kendo-themes and kendo-react versions, but you can easily check that by looking at their Changelogs:
For example, version 5.9.0 of KendoReact is published on 26 October 2022 meaning that the kendo-themes version supporting it is ^5.10, published on 21 October 2022.
As we introduced a lot of rendering improvements in the latest KendoReact release, if you want to use the latest 6.1.0 version of the themes, you will need to upgrade at least to version 5.11.0 of the KendoReact components, where these improvements are handled.
