Thank you for writing.

Please refer to the following article that demonstrates how you can export the build-in themes from Telerik UI for WinForms suite and save them on a specified location on your machine: Loading Predefined Themes - UI for WinForms Tools - Telerik UI for WinForms

Once, the themes are exported you can open the desired theme in VSB through File >> Open package.
