I am aware there is https://github.com/telerik/kendo-react-messages, but the repo doesn't seem to be updated regularly with every new release.

So my question is: What is the best way to maintain translation files and where can I get complete json files for all components as it is documented in https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/grid/globalization/#toc-messages for example?

Hello, Bojan,

I would suggest referring to the JSON file in the demos of the globalization articles. These files contain every single message. For example, for the Grid, you can view them in `es.json`:

As for the `kendo-react-messages` repo, it is for message contributions for different languages. The messages are added by other developers and they receive Telerik Points for them. For more information on this matter, you can check the following article:

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello Wissam,

I have a follow-up question:

Let's say I've just updated versions of Telerik libraries. Because I have multiple languages in my project, I want to see if there are some changes in translations in new releases of components I am using. What is the recommended approach there? Hopefully there is a better way then manually going through un-versioned documentation and visually check for changes in all components I'm using?

Hi, Bojan,

The globalization messages for the components are rarely updated or changed. Nevertheless, if that happens, this will be added to the changelog:

In addition, the current documentation demos for globalization should always have the latest messages, as they get updated when the messages are updated.

If you have any further questions on this matter, please let me know.

Hi, I was just wondering if there is some type check in KendoUI that I could use to check translation files so that nothing is missed in translations?

I've tried to search forums and documentation site and I did not found any examples of that. If there is no support for this at the moment, maybe it should be added, since I am sure that many dev teams struggle with keeping the huge number of translations up to date.

Hello, Bojan,

I could see that you opened a new thread asking for implementing such a tool where my colleague Vessy is handling the thread. Therefore, I would suggest continuing the discussion there to keep the information consistent:
